How do I choose the right lip liner and lip paint shade?
We know matching can be tricky! Our lip liners are designed to be versatile and pair perfectly with multiple shades in our collection. Check the product description on each item for our "Perfect Pair" suggestions. For the Velvet Lip Paint, think about your desired effect: a liner that's slightly darker will add dimension, while a matching one will define and prevent feathering. Still unsure? Is the Velvet Lip Paint drying?
Not on our watch! We formulated our Velvet Lip Paint to be the comfortable, weightless dream you’ve been searching for. It’s infused with moisturizing agents to give you that stunning, bold matte finish without sucking the life out of your lips. For the best application, we recommend exfoliating and applying a lip oil beforehand for an ultra-smooth canvas.
What’s the difference between the Lip Gloss and the Lip Oil?
Great question! They're both amazing but serve different moods.
- Lip Oil: This is your wellness routine in a tube. It’s a treatment-first product designed to deeply nourish, hydrate, and heal your lips with a super lightweight, non-sticky feel. It gives a beautiful, subtle shine – perfect for everyday "my lips but better" glow.
- Lip Gloss: This is your statement piece! It delivers a high-shine, glass-like finish with more pigment and volume. It’s for when you want that "wow" factor, whether clear or tinted.

Where in the world do you ship? And how long will it take?
Right now, we’re proudly shipping from our Scottish HQ across the United Kingdom and throughout Kenya!
- UK Orders: We ship with Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days.
- Kenya Orders: We ship via a trusted local partner and have a local pick up point within the Nairobi CBD. We aim to have stock in Kenya to save you the wait!
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your lip-loving package is on its way!
What is your return policy?
We want you to be utterly obsessed with your Adita lip products. If a shade isn't your vibe, you can return any unopened items (with the seal still intact) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used lip products. However, if you have a reaction or a major issue, please contact us immediately at info@aditacosmetics.co.uk so we can make it right.
My lip gloss/oil arrived leaky! What should I do?
Oh no, we’re so sorry! While we cap every product tightly, sometimes travel has other ideas.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at info@aditacosmetics.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll get a replacement sent out to you right away.
